The training was easy to follow, and the docs definitely helped me get set up faster. A few parts still had me a little confused, like I had to stop and re-read... but overall it made the whole process smoother.

The camera itself works good, no real complaints there. But the battery seems to run down faster than I expected. I feel like I’m charging it all the time, even though maybe I’m using it more than I think. Still, it just doesn’t feel like it should need charging that often.

I picked this up from FLIR mainly to check insulation and a few electrical areas at work. Overall, the thermal images are clear, and it’s easy to spot hot and cold areas even though I’m definitely not a pro at this stuff.
The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that some edges look a little soft, and it takes some messing around with the settings to get it how you want. I also felt kind of dismissed when I asked about it, like it was just user error, which was frustrating. Still, the unit does what I need and I’m mostly happy with it

I sent my FLIR camera in for a warranty repair after it stopped charging properly, and overall I’m satisfied with how it turned out. The online form was simple enough to fill out, and support got back to me within about a day, which I appreciated.

The camera came back fixed and has been working fine since, so I’m happy they took care of it and honored the warranty. My only gripe is that the repair took a bit longer than I expected, and I didn’t get many updates along the way. Still, the end result was good...

I’ve had my flir camera for a little over a year now, it’s been super reliable. I’ve dropped it a couple of times 😅 but it still reads accurately and the battery is holding up fine. No weird glitches or issues so far — happy with it!

I ordered a FLIR camera from flir.com and it feels really well built. It’s got a nice weight to it, the buttons don’t feel cheap or flimsy, and the case fits snug with no rattling around. I’ve been using it on site for a few weeks now and it still looks pretty much new, even after getting tossed in my bag a few times. Happy with it so far, no real complants.

I mean, I do like the app overall and it’s been handy to use. It’s just that it crashes every now and then, which is kind of frustrating. Hopefully they can fix that soon, because otherwise it’s a solid app.
